With an ebike, of course, weight is somewhat moot because you’ve probably bought the E-Spillo Luxury so that you don’t have to worry so much about the bike’s (or your) mass. The total weight puts it in the ballpark of the best electric hybrid bikes, such as those in Specialized’s non-SL Turbo Vado range. The removable third-party battery itself weighs 2.7kg and the Shimano Steps E5000 mid-mounted drive unit around 2.4kg. With the battery, it weighs in at 21.65kg. The bike is available in 47cm and 53cm sizes and I tested the larger of the two. The E-Spillo’s traditional-looking frameset is aluminium – standard 6061 if you’re interested – while the fork is steel. We export PCD inserts to world wide countries, such as USA united states, Germany, UK united kingdom, Italy, France, Turkey, Russia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Israel, Canada, South Africa, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Danmark, Switzerland, Poland, Czech,Ireland, Holand, Belgium, Greece, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, India, Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina etc.The Luxury on test – also available in a women’s-specific version – trades up Shimano’s mid-mounted Steps E5000 with a slim 418Wh battery under the rear rack for a maximum claimed range of 120km. It also ensures a tight clamping which is ideal for the high precision machining applications. Pcd adds to the toughness of the tool and makes it more durable and sturdy, and helps to improve the surface quality and reduce the scrap rates. It has a superior processing precision and with all these qualities and benefits, these inserts are grabbing a great position in market place worldwide. They are also available in affordable prices and thus industries do not have to spend a lot over these inserts. It also has a high wear resistant power with a long service life. It provides the best performance and offer hardness too. These tipped inserts are made of pure polycrystalline diamond and cannot be destroyed. These are thus widely used all over for machining hard metals like aluminum alloy, copper, zinc and tungsten carbide. In this situation it can perform superbly and it can also be used to increase self-done hot cuttings. When these inserts cut the hard metal for machining it produce an extreme temperature. So, they are pretty much durable and can last for a long time. They are also highly resistant to any chemical attacks. It can easily cut the hard metals quite easily. There are a lot of benefits of these inserts. Advantage of tipped pcd inserts over full faced pcd inserts is the lower cost, tipped insert is one use only economical type, it requires a carrier like tungsten carbide base as substrate for the insert, and substrate have a pocket that will accommodate and support the tip, the working tips are brazed to tungsten carbide base, 1~4 tips depends on different insert shapes, this braze joint of tipped pcd inserts represents the weak link not so good as full face pcd inserts, the maximum cutting depth is not more than 80% of the tip length. These are better and cheaper than that of the full top surface pcd inserts and also offer a better surface finishing. These are highly beneficial and have different characteristics and advantages. These inserts are manufactured especially for different types of technologies and other advanced material processes. The tipped inserts are mainly used for the turning and milling non-ferrous hard metals and also the most conventional option for machining. As pcd is a polycrystalline form of diamond, so the cutting temperature is limited and could not exceed 700℃, also the work material has no affinity with carbon, advantages of lower cost and higher productivity make pcd inserts with tipped pcd cutting edges are widely used for machining non ferrous metals of tungsten carbide, aluminum, copper, zinc and non metals material of plastic, rubber, wood, ceramics. Compared with grinding, both technical and economic benefits can be achieved by pcd inserts turning and milling, performance of tipped pcd inserts are significantly better than that attainable with conventional tool materials. Tipped pcd inserts could be used for fine to super fine precision machining, continous to interrupted machining, to obtain a good surface finish. Home > Tipped PCD insert > PCD insert shape T

Final Fantasy X (2001) introduced full 3D areas and voice acting to the series, and was the first to spawn a sub-sequel ( Final Fantasy X-2, published in 2003). Three main installments, as well as one online game, were published for the PlayStation 2 (PS2). Final Fantasy IX, released in 2000, returned to the series' roots by revisiting a more traditional Final Fantasy setting rather than the more modern worlds of VII and VIII. Final Fantasy VIII was published in 1999, and was the first to consistently use realistically proportioned characters and feature a vocal piece as its theme music. It was also the second in the series to be released in Europe, with the first being Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. It also introduced a more modern setting, a style that was carried over to the next game. Final Fantasy VII (1997) moved away from the two-dimensional (2D) graphics used in the first six games to three-dimensional (3D) computer graphics the game features polygonal characters on pre-rendered backgrounds. The PlayStation console saw the release of three main Final Fantasy games. Final Fantasy VI was released in Japan in 1994, titled Final Fantasy III in North America. Final Fantasy V, released in 1992 in Japan, was the first game in the series to spawn a sequel: a short anime series, Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals. It introduced the " Active Time Battle" system. Final Fantasy IV was released in 1991 in North America, it was released as Final Fantasy II. The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) also featured three installments of the main series, all of which have been re-released on several platforms. The last of the NES installments, Final Fantasy III, was released in Japan in 1990 however, it was not released elsewhere until a Nintendo DS remake in 2006. Final Fantasy II, released in 1988 in Japan, has been bundled with Final Fantasy in several re-releases. It introduced many concepts to the console RPG genre, and has since been remade on several platforms. Final Fantasy was released in Japan in 1987 and in North America in 1990. Future installments will appear on seventh and eighth generation consoles. Many Final Fantasy games have been localized for markets in North America, Europe, and Australia on numerous video game consoles, personal computers (PC), and mobile phones. This is useful when you want some work to happen in the background (again, procedural content generation).ģ) Plugins suck. This is one stated future goal for webassembly. It will perform many times faster than javascript.Ģ) Javascript does not support threads. Webassembly is meant to _always_ be compiled to native code and it is statically typed which allows the compiler to optimize the code much better. Some game related code such as procedural content generation is very cpu intensive, and it would just take too long in javascript. There are many challenges a game developer faces today:ġ) Javascript has awful performance. I am a game developer and I am really excited about webassembly. TL DR: All javascript programmers are writing in ASM.js already, since ASM.js is a subset of Javascript.Īren't the vast majority of web APIs text based anyway? Why would webassembly change anything about that? I think it's the right way all programming will go (is going, has gone) - code compiles to cross platform bytecode and then the bytecode is translated per machine (Android does this, Perl6 uses this strategy, There's Java, C#, etc.). WebAssembly wants to do the same thing in a cross platform way. Google's NaCl had a good approach: validate a subset of opcodes that were guaranteed not to be able to escape a sandbox. Well, I don't care about languages, languages are irrelevant, they're just APIs for talking to hardware. An OS is just an API for talking to hardware. Some say that the OS and hardware is irrelevant, users don't care about the OS or hardware, they just care about what software runs on it. In fact, it takes people like me to get performance out of languages. Just because I know how to code in Javascript doesn't mean I can't proficiently code in C, Perl, Lua, Python, C++, Java, COBOL, Fortran, FORTH or even x86, AMD64, or ARM assembly. However, I'm a language designer and code in many other languages than just Javascript. I've taken to implementing some things, like SHA256/512 hashing functions in ASM.js by hand, and get even better performance than running the C code through LLVM and into ASM.js. ASM.js lets me opt-out of Javascript's slow GC and even slower prototype system (which is a pain to optimized, since objects can change their properties at any time). This is what has been needed to transition away from Javascript. However, this means that if the browser doesn't understand ASM.js then it just runs it as regular javascript and it still works. It's pretty gnarly to program in directly because of the kludgey way it handles data types. The cool thing is that ASM.js is just a subset of Javascript. So it's not Javscript programmers, but C programmers, who are running code in ASM.js / WebAssembly, via LLVM's translation. then the code is compiled into machine code (and cached for faster loading next time). If it conforms to the strict standards of no GC, arraybuffer memory accesses, no function pointers, etc. Then the browser notices the "use asm" tag, and validates a code block as ASM.js / WebAssembly. You're in luck, the workflow is typically C/C++ (or some other language than JS) -> Emscripten (or other compiler that targets ASM.js / WebAssembly. Why go out of your way? The fact is, all those short trips add up over time, and the quality of your local fill-up spot not only has an effect on your car, but your personal satisfaction, too. It's fair to say that most motorists probably don't give much thought to the quality of a gas station unless it stands out as either significantly better than the average or upsettingly terrible. Until that transition happens, the majority of America's drivers will remain beholden to the network of gasoline stations across the nation to keep our cars, trucks and SUVs running. But my thing is like, I was able to like reduce myself, which is for the betterment of the team. But I also knew I was like, ‘We’ve got something special with Priest Holmes.’ We had so much talent on our team from an offensive standpoint, it was insane. Like even if I play tough, as a fullback, we found ways that just you could throw the ball to me, you could run the screen, draw, whatever. “I went back to fullback, and then all of a sudden, like, we started figuring out ways. “I knew it was gonna be better for the team,” Richardson said. The Chiefs finished the 2001 season 6-10, but Holmes earned All-Pro honors in Dick Vermeil’s first season as head coach in Kansas City. At the time, that number was good for the most in a single season in franchise history, but he’d go on to break that record again (as would Larry Johnson). In his first year with the Chiefs, Holmes became the first undrafted player to lead the NFL in rushing with 1,555 yards for the 2001 NFL season. And Coach Vermeil was looking like, ‘I’ve never had a player ever who was that unselfish? Who would do the best thing for the team?’ So for me, it was like, me, I’m getting 20 carries a game, you know, have my biggest game against the Broncos 120 yards.” I told Priest, ‘Hey, man, let’s talk to Coach Vermeil.’ He’s like, ‘What’s going on?’ So I take them upstairs and say, ‘Hey, Coach, Priest needs to be the feature back,’ and Coach Vermeil was looking at me like, ‘What are you talking about?’ I said, ‘Listen, Priest needs to be the feature back. But I saw in Priest who came from Baltimore and was like lighting it up. They just paid me like a tailback and I was like the feature running back. So, I went to Coach Vermeil, and I said, ‘You know what, we got to get Priest Holmes on the field. “And all of a sudden, I actually went to Coach (Dick) Vermeil. “So I was the feature guy and then they brought in Priest (Holmes),” Richardson began. The three-time Pro Bowler spoke candidly about the 2001 season in Kansas City and his impact on the emergence of Priest Holmes as an NFL star with the Chiefs. The Chiefs Hall of Fame fullback was the featured guest on Tuesday night’s Twitter Spaces hosted by The Jets Lounge fielding fan questions spanning several moments in his career. Tony Richardson played ten of his seventeen seasons in the NFL with the Chiefs from 1995-to-2005, serving as a halfback and Pro Bowler at fullback. A native of San Antonio, he is the father of two sons, De’Andre and Jekovan. The Kansas City Chiefs have been fortunate to have great talent at the running back position that has paced the league through different eras.Ī vital part in the success of every high-caliber halfback has been great blocking and leadership on the offensive line or a star fullback. He was the 2002 NFL Offensive Player of the Year and played in Super Bowl XXXV with the Baltimore Ravens. He was a three-time Pro Bowl selection, who rushed for 8,172 yards during his 10 seasons in the NFL and accumulated 11,185 all-purpose yards. Holmes played in the NFL with Baltimore (1997-00) and Kansas City (2001-07). A member of the Texas Hall of Honor, he signed as an undrafted free agent with the Baltimore Ravens in 1997. When he completed his Longhorn career, Holmes had rushed for 1,276 yards on 252 carries and 20 touchdowns. After another defensive stand by the Texas defense, eight of the 10 plays on the game-winning drive went to Holmes, who scored from five yards out. He capped an eight-play, 68-yard drive with 6:35 remaining with a nine-yard run to pull the Longhorns within three points. Holmes finished the day with 27 carries for 161 yards and tied the Sun Bowl record with four touchdowns. He carried the ball six times for 45 yards in the third quarter and added 12 carries for 61 yards in the fourth quarter. He rushed five times for 36 yards in the first quarter and carried the ball four times for 29 yards in the second quarter. Like a locomotive, Holmes gained momentum as the day went along. Texas led 14-7 midway through the second quarter and 21-17 at the half, but a pair of fourth quarter Tar Heel touchdowns had seemingly put the game out of reach for Texas, as North Carolina took a 31-21 lead with just over nine minutes to play. For his efforts that day and his contributions to the game of football, Holmes became the 25th member of the Legends of the Sun Bowl. 30, 1994, in front of a then-record crowd of 50,612 fans. In what was voted as the greatest game in the history of the Hyundai Sun Bowl, Holmes put the hopes of Texas on his back and carried the Longhorns home to victory over the North Carolina Tar Heels, 35-31 on Dec. If ever one guy made a single difference in a game, Priest Holmes may have been that guy. Once you click on any card, you can update the task on that list.
